We ordered 3 sandwiches online and on the app it said they were ready and when we got there they told us it the order was canceled on there end and complained about their Internet but still couldn’t at least cancel the order on our end or notify us. Mind you they accepted the order and told us when it’s gonna be done

Is it common practice to ignore your walk in customers then tell them it’s going to be a while? While one individual is working on online orders the other could be helping walk in customers. You are losing quite a bit of business due to this practice. While waiting we noticed that the staff ended up making online orders incorrectly, which cause even a longer wait. Definitely need to be a little more considerate of their customers.

I went in there for the sub of the day and an unwilling employee would not substitute anything. I paid an extra 10 dollars and he was not kind I will not come back here unless convenient
