Like others have stated, manager needs to be fired. I placed an online order. For some reason the app didn’t update to my current location (like McDonald’s does) and it placed my order to the last previous location I ordered from which was this store. I live an hour away so I called here IMMEDIATELY after receiving the confirmation email. I had to call 3 times for someone to answer. The man said he can’t give refunds but the manager would call me the next day. I called 2 days later and the manager told me to refund it on the app. If you know anything, you can’t request a refund on the app. Subway requires you to contact the store directly. Then she said she will try to do something in the system and call me back the next day. Next day came, no call, so I called and she said it wouldn’t let her refund me because it wasn’t the same day the order was placed…. which was their fault not mine. She said she’d send me a Subway gift card in the mail. I gave her my address but never received the gift card of course. I filed a complaint online.

As other posts have suggested the GM should get fired. I used the online app to get a discount, placed my order and headed to the store. When I got there, I was told my order was canceled and that they called me (my phone shows no record of any missed calls). So I asked for two different subs. The rude woman made them, and when I reminded her I used the coupon, she said they couldn't do online coupons in-store. I feel any normal manager would have kept my order, said "we are out of these meats, is there any two subs I can make you" instead my $12.99 i paid for became almost $30. The next day, stupid me tried to give them a second chance, and they were all out of bread at 2 in the afternoon and said they wouldn't have any bread till after 4. For my inconvenience, they said they would give me a free 6-inch sub, which I never got. How can a Subway during the day run out of several meats one day and all bread the next? The GM should be fired.

Worst subway in the area. I ordered online, got in store after sandwiches were set to be ready; there was a long line and 1 employee working extremely slowly. I stood in-store for over 30min before getting my order. Employee working dumped topping off sandwich, didnt read direction, put items on thst werent asked for etc, soda machine not working, packaging items not ready. Ill quit ordering from here after this

Honestly I never expect much or above and beyond service but I rarely ever write a negative review either. I went to this location with a friend yesterday and was massively disappointed. I waited around 5-10 minutes which is no problem I understand. Staff talked amongst themselves about who’s closing and how “I won’t be staying late again” ect. Again I get that so I didn’t think much of it. Lady comes to take our order, I ask for a standard chicken bacon ranch just without onions and tomatoes. She asks “what cheese” so I reiterate, whichever is Standard (as I’m unsure of what the recipe calls for typically) . She tells me she doesn’t know what comes with it. Figured it out and asks if I’d like it toasted, I say sure and she slides it to the other person working and tells me he will finish it for me. Mind you the entire time he was standing there staring off into space and acting a little strange, it was kind of awkward as was she. No problem, I tell him what I told her. He slowly builds the sand which, looks at me and cautiously starts wrapping it up. I did ask him to heat it up before all the ingredients are even on it to which I was ignored and he went to ring it out and I ask again “can I please have it warmed I’m sorry” I’m typically pretty nice because I work food service and understand bad days. He looks at me with a face of absolute disgust like I’m scum he stepped on with a new pair of shoes and says “you want it toasted??” As if I had slapped his grandmother. so we stare at each other for a minute and I finally ran out of patience and caught a bit of a tone I’ll admit and told him if he doesn’t want to do it it’s fine I’ll just take it. He then snaps out of it and says he’ll do it. He does it and rings me out. While ringing me out he is still seemingly spacing out and asked twice what I ordered again. I tell him and say I get it, I’m the same way sometimes. While my friend was having her sandwich made by the other employee, there was a bit of back and fourth between a few middle age ish customers about this location not being a public restroom and the employee told them “yeah someone OD’D in there like last week so”. We then had the displeasure of finding out just about every soda was out of syrup and there were no lids left. 100% understand being frustrated and work banter but even with a job you don’t like that much I feel you should try to remain professional in front of guests as the whole experience was uncomfortable and made the food sad to eat. Which we also ate in the car due to the environment being so off.

I started to place my order. Bread left with the turkey on it..pushed aside for a takeout order.. Pushed again for another takeout order. Dropped empty pans from the line in the back area to where the one up at the counter hat to well and tell him not to put in her clean water.. How charged for extra lettuce, and they didn't even cut the foot long . Extremely disappointing.
