  Wow store Manager needs too get fired……. After waiting in line for 30 min with one lady doing 6+ customers subs mind you it’s a lot of customers waiting.Finally the manager of the store comes from the back to help out.Im like where she come from this lady been working all by herself doing the subs fast.Manager lady come it’s me and my daughter I show her two coupons one for me and my daughter she said I couldn’t do that I’m like she has her own money I do this all the time she gets MAD ABD KICKS ME AND MY DAUGHTER OUT THE STORE.TALKING ABOUT CALLING THE POLICE WHILE IM LEAVING.Dont come back I won’t.WORST MANAGEMENT I EVER MET……………..I’m hungry and pregnant thanks for the humiliation.

  I wish I could honestly rate this 0 stars. Couple things that happened. I ordered a Black Forest Ham, I never said I wanted it toasted and they toasted it whatever. Also took over 10mins to even make a sub As checking out the worker charged me for a whole another sub and I had a coupon for $4.99 for a 6 inch the worker tried telling me I can’t use it for the sub of the day I didn’t order the sub of the day it was a whole different sub. He went to got the other worker and she corrected it but they both accuse me of taking the coupon back which they had and I ask why does the price still seem very high the other worker gave me an attitude and I was like what’s the attitude for she said didn’t care and I told her I will be talking to her manager. She goes and says “I wish you would” like excuse me I will be calling and making a report about this uncalled for

  Always cleaned but the staff are slow they always take their own time to come at the counter and take order and they rush in preparing the sub.

  I would like to note that nothing was wrong with the actual food. Made correct and tasted like an average sub. I ordered online and mind you I arrived early, i waited 10 minutes for them to make the order. A customer walked in right after I did and had their order made before mine was even done (They actually hadn't even started it. I ordered one sub, not even toasted). They did not have an online order. They were not busy at all and had 2 employees working. Ive been to this location multiple times and its always the same experience. The employees seem very lazy and like they hate their job.

  I waited over 30 minutes and they put someone else infront of me while i was standing there. The workers are very slow.
