  Went to straighten out a problem with my mom's phone. I forget the guys name but he was awesome.

  I went to the store to get the promotional phones and the person behind the counter lied to me and told me they didn't have any phones. And charged me $100 a piece for two phones. That was supposed to be free. I called cricket a few weeks later thinking that something wasn't right and they told me the phones are supposed to be free. I'm going to pursue getting my money back

  Was at your store your one employee was extremely rude n loud pretty much yelling. Also very unprofessional having a holy Bible on your counter. I will never let that employee help me I rather have the store manger help me unfortunately haven't seen him in few weeks I hope he returns so I can add another line to my account. I will change my review once I talk with store manager about the stuff

  I upgraded my phone from a flip phone. I came in a few days before my purchase and the manager was sooooo helpful! On the day of my purchase (1/6), the two gentlemen that helped me were AMAZING!! I am grateful for their professionalism, there knowledge, and their deals!!! Thanks so much!
