  This location is not worth ordering from on DoorDash. Almost every time I order, something is missing—whether it’s ranch, fries, corn, drinks, or even the chicken itself. When people are spending $50 or more, the least they should expect is to receive the majority of their order. It’s gotten so bad that I actually called before placing my order and politely asked them to please double-check the bag because items are almost always missing. Instead of being helpful, the employee who answered the phone was rude, cut me off, and said, “Is that all you called for?” Unfortunately, we still had food missing when the order arrived. I place group orders for my job that range anywhere from $50 to $250, so this location is losing out on a lot of business. The Robert Street location, on the other hand, has never given me any issues—you can tell the management there stays on top of things. Customer service matters. If you work in food service, treating customers with respect is part of the job. Between the consistently incomplete orders and the poor attitude, I won’t be spending another dollar at this location.

  This is the best location in the twin cities! The wings are always the perfect size, and they always have my order correct. The one on Robert street is horrible. Their wings are big and fatty…absolutely disgusting. I will always return to this one !

  Apparently your name falls off the carry-out sign after ten minutes from the "order received" time (info from counter employee). Many times ive arrived at 11 minutes ( im just down the road less than a mile) and my name isnt on the board when I enter the store, most of the time I have to stand there for 5 or 10 minutes watching 1 person cook and multiple others play on their phones before someone appears out of the very back to hand me my half cold food thats the correct order 7/10 times at best. They all look at me and they continue cell phone time. Im pretty sure there are health code violations with that action.

  See! This is why I try not to read the reviews! I was going there but just can’t eat at a place that averages a 3.1 in satisfaction. Would someone please recommend a better choice. Thank you.

  Ordered some Hawaiian 20 piece boneless with large fry. The bonus pieces were dry barely any sauce and the fries were small. And it was supposed to be large. I don’t know if the young black girl just didn’t wanna work that day. She looked like she was pissed off but one thing you don’t do is mess with my food. This is T and it was for Mother’s Day for me and my wife I’m very disappointed in you guys and if anything she needs to be let go. This morning on Sunday
