  If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked up, noticed 2 workers outside smoking, one worker inside stocking the vegetables so we stood patiently for a couple minutes. Had to tell that worker we were ready to order, she slammed down the glass covering the vegetables and walked away and just ignored us all together. We gave her 20 seconds to return to serve us and she was still in the back room. That’s when we walked out and spent our money elsewhere; talk about shitty customer service!

  Sub was decent, but cookies taste stale. It’s definitely cookies from a while ago. Their cookies are never good and their soda machines always acting up.

  They do not resolve the issues with the orders they have incorrectly made that have been purchased through an online portal. They avoid any and all communications when you try to reach out via the online "contact us" forms. They refuse to refund customers for their own mistakes.

  Ordered delivery on the app, never received my order. Called door dash who tried contacting the store 6 times as well as at least 50 times myself. Nobody answers, manager voicemail is full and never received my food or my money back!! Straight robbed me bro
