  I’m actually super sad about this experience. as somebody who once was an assistant manager at a different location the lack of training and just plain care here is awful to say the least. I got a BLT and after a worker named Jennifer having to stand there asking somebody what goes on it who never even answered just blankly stared at her I had to tell her what goes on it..and even after I told her she proceeded to get it wrong and only put 4 pieces of bacon on the footling. The training needs to be a LOT better because this gives subway a really bad look and it’s an amazing company to work for.

  Employees were training another employee in, and I was impressed how patient and helpful they were to her. They were encouraging her so nicely, good to see. My salad was good.
