The customer service was subpar; they incorrectly prepared my sandwiches. Although we were instructed to return to rectify the issue, upon arrival, we were informed that a remake wasn't possible despite initial assurances. Furthermore, they attempted to toast our sandwiches with all the fillings intact after previously stating a remake was feasible. This resulted in the worst experience I've ever had.
I ordered online and the driver showed up to get the order, he was told by the employee that they would not make the order because they had in store customers. waited an hour and a half and never received my food!!

Over the past few months just seems like this subway location is understaffed severely. Can’t put the blame on someone that appears to be doing the job of three. But online orders are never completed on time or to the exact order of the custom sandwich. Really hope this location can turn it around.

This location used to be ran well. Recently, either they are short staffed and cannot commit to the hours posted or employees are lying, locking the main door and leaving the open sign on. I've seen it happen more often.
I always come here after the gym and they are always so nice and go out of their way to make me comfortable at this establishment. 10/10 would recommend
