  My previous insurer billed us for a dramatic premium increase for our homeowners policy renewals. We initially bite the bullet and paid thinking it was the best we could do. After a few months and an inkling that our long time loyalty was being exploited we began a search for a new insurer. Our agent (Mike F.) at Frankot agency worked the numbers and coverages in numerous ways until we arrived at a place where the premiums were once again reasonable and the coverage was more specific to our unique needs. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and expertise we received.

  Worst insurance company ever. Called to cancel insurance and they don't, just keep billing you and say you never called. Save yourself the headaches and look for insurance somewhere else.

  Frankfort Insurance has been a very positive agency to deal with. I have been provided both auto and renter’s insurance at very competitive rates. In the only claim submitted the agency provided great coverage and took care of all necessary communication to make the process very smooth.
