  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The cashier was extremely rude, unprofessional, and acted like he didn’t want to do his job. Instead of being helpful, he had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in and made me feel like I was bothering him. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, especially at a business that deals with people all day. I will not be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they improve their staff’s attitude and professionalism.

  I called them countless times and they either put me on hold or simply refused to help me every time I called. I finally called a different UPS store and they helped me kindly and respectfully in less than 5 minutes.

  Definitely terrible customer service, every time I’ve been there and it’s the closest to my house so it’s been numerous! Only got two stars because it got the job done, but other than that, I’d rather deal with robots!

  I have been here a dozen times over several years for multiple things and have never had issues and was usually out of the store in 5 minutes. A lot of the negative reviews are just people being ridiculous. Yes, it costs money for them to print a label for you. This is how they make money. Why would this be a free service? People are entitled and ridiculous. If you have a problem paying a measly 7-8 dollars for a convenience service I think you have bigger fish to fry than whine on Google.
