Supposed to get my package 2 days ago, now I have to wait after the weekend. I saw the truck pull up to my house, Darwinson was his name had a package in hand and then drove off again. Might as well start picking up my bins on Wednesdays with the trash service you're providing already.

I had a great experience with Tan at FedEx. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the printing sizes and requirements. There were a few times when I did not fully understand the information, but Ten remained very patient and explained everything again in more detail until I understood exactly what I needed to prepare and what size would work best for my printing. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. His excellent customer service made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. Thank you for having such a great employee on your team. Tan is a wonderful example of what great customer service should look like, and I truly appreciate all of his help!

You literally can’t call them and get a rep on the line. It’s just a stupid AI bot. Terrible business model.
