  I was here tonight to get some wings. I never left the parking lot upon opening my bag I realized I was missing 3 wings and had only been served half of my order instead of correcting the issues promptly the person in charge spoke with me and then had me on the phone with the manager while he told me he would believe me 50/50 because he trusted his cooks… why would i lie over 3 wings? lol i then instructed them to walk out to my car with me and see the bag if they would like because i hadn’t left the parking lot at all since receiving my food. As someone who works in customer service this was the weirdest interaction i’ve ever had with a staff over a mistake they made.. fix it.

  If you're a flats lover, spring for the “all flats” option. I promise you you’ll never get lucky or even break even in a standard order—they will always load you down with 80-90% of those god awful dry little drummies.

  Worst location ever! Today the first shift cashier left and the next one wasn’t gonna come in till 20 minutes after she left. Only one guy was in the kitchen making all the orders. And he messed up my order.
