  There was 1 employee working. He was making the sandwiches, cashing people out, and needed to stock as items got low. It took 25 minutes for me to place my order. There was so apologizing for the long wait.

  Sartell mn location is awful. Employee argued about online order that they made wrong. It said sandwich on receipt and a salad was made then when we called they argued and said that's not what you ordered mam. Never have I been treated so poorly as a paying customer. I will continue to have a hard time going to any subway after this experience. P.s. I told them to have there manager call us because they weren't there and never received any call from them. Very poor
