  Store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Location is near my home so very handy when I need to ship packages.

  Hey, I came in with a challenge AJ helped me through it while taking care of a whole bunch of customers He was extremely patient while working through a bunch of issues with multiple customers. I've had lots of employees and I watch customer service people. He's well trained so cudios to management but even more the character he showed means that he has gifting.   While my mother and I were shipping an office chair back, the employee Vie went above and beyond to provide service by helping us deconstruct the office chair and find the correct size for the box, helping us be able to pack the oversized chair in a way that it could be shipped. Both Vie and Simon the other employee were very helpful to find the best box and were very thorough on the insurance and shipping services. This was way beyond expectations and showed that this store was the best possible experience for UPS service.
