  The staff were down to earth yet heavenly helpful. I got comfortable immediately after entering the perfectly chilled storefront on a blisteringly humid day. I watched them go the extra mile to help the customer in front of me and knew I'd be welcome there. I once drove by and saw a guy sitting under a branded tent, rapping to traffic about "Hopping over to Cricket" and that's what inspired me to switch when my phone bill was due. Definitely recommend stopping by and getting genuine service, which is increasingly more rare these days.

  Your salesman Mr.Choyce great people skills,I bypass numerous Cricket stores just for his professional and knowledgeable interactions that employee should definitely be commended I don't know what your policy's are but if allowed before Christmas I have a gift for his Professionalism.GOD BLESS CRICKET on LEXINGTON IN ST.PAUL

  One of the best Cricket store in town. 2 Asian guy that work there are very helpful and informative! Had a great time buying a phone!

  We got there on a a sunday 5 mins early on their opening (12nn), waited for 30 mins and nobody opened up for us! We called several times to complain about an issue but nobody's answering their phone. Poor service! Not only this branch but also their return policy sucks! What a shame!
