  Came in before close on July 1st 2026 at 1:50 AM My order was placed at 1:27 AM I didn't get my order until after 2 AM My order was projected to be fulfilled by 1:51 AM Cashier had a bad attitude and immediately goes “it’s not ready yet.” In a snarky tone when I give her the order name. Additionally after a while a lot of people go in and out with their orders and I did not have mine Until around 2:12 am I asked again and she grabbed a bag that’s been sitting on the shelf for a while. My wings were barely sauced. Plain. No dry rubs or flavors. My wings were also cold by all this time of my order just sitting and not being handed out. Overall this location will not see another dime from me as I frequent the location of South Robert in West Saint Paul anyway. This location is NOT up to par with the wingstop standard we all know and love and I would advise anyone to keep their money very far away from this establishment. (Also, it should never take a wing restaurant especially a location such as wingstop known for fast, fresh, flavorful wings nearly an HOUR to drop a 20pc boneless and a basket of fries and serve them to the customer.)

  Ordered well done wings, and never know what to expect. Under-cooked to often or re-fried the next. A ton of seasoning on my fries, despite asking for lightly seasoned, but tonight took the cake. They were perfectly seasoned, anf COLD! These evening employees don't care what they give on and absolutely no pride in their work or the finished product. Im so happy I don't get this service at my home in Texas. The Roseville location really needs to make some changes.

  Ran a few Doordash orders here and everytime it's been a mostly bad experience just trying to pick up someone ELSE'S food. The lady behind the counter was especially rude to me and ignored me completely although I told her I was looking for a pick-up order and couldn't get help for about 11 minutes. I had to call out to have them help me although I have been waiting in front of the counter. The order was already ready to be picked up before I arrived and she tossed it to me without the drink with it and made me waste my time waiting for an already ready to go order.

  Someone took a bite of one of my tenders. Never going back to that location. I could tell by the way it looked. It was after they opened the restaurant when I ordered the food.

  Stopped in here on our way home. Young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful, although a little quiet vs the volume of the music. The food came out quickly, fresh, and hot. Fries were perfect. The restaurant was clean, tidy, and all the lids, straws, napkins, etc. were fully stocked. Overall, a good experience and good food. The wings weren't quite as good as the Wingstop we used to frequent, but fantastic, nonetheless.
