  Randy Jessup " the owner of this location" is as incompetent as they come. I paid him directly 200$ to create a custom box 38x38x8 and he made it 38x39x9 which resulted in ebay charging me an extra $200 on top of the $200 Randy charged to make a custom box. He refused to do anything about it even tho he made the box the incorrect dimensions. He is BAD BUSINESS. AVOID RANDY LIKE A DISEASE!

  By far the best UPS location I've ever been to. Unlike other stores, at least they never mistreat your packages right in front of you. They are always helpful and friendly. Pretty much the only UPS location I use, which includes having packages diverted to them as a "UPS Access Point" though the UPS "My Choice" program (which is the best $20 I ever spent)..

  Super friendly staff. Welcomed me with a smile and make my returning process so easy. I also didn't have one of the boxes for an item, I wanted to return but he seamlessly provided me an envelope to put it away. 100% recommend. I also noticed other people who came to return their things were going away out of the door pretty quickly and seemed happy. I used to go to WholeFoods to return my items and they look like they don’t want to do their job or don’t care and always look unhappy however this guy was welcoming everyone with a smile. Definitely 10/10 and will start going therre.

  I tend to try my hardest to be understanding of staff and greater system issues, but honestly I was just alarmed at the lack of professionalism. Usually you hear of a Karen being too much but I’ve never experienced grown adults behave like they’re running a hot dog stand. I mailed technology and it cost me about $200 plus. Unfortunately the receiving location had issues with releasing. As I’m trying to figure out the situation, These people are not telling me about important information until it’s too late, Changing whoever’s in charge without informing me, ignoring emails & pretending to be out of the office when I call, and even going as far as hiding in the back room like a literal child when met with questions about the case. A grown Middle Aged man doing such a thing as well. I was baffled to say the least. Like I don’t want to call you either…? Is this not a business?? Worst part of all management seems to throw their teenage workers to the frustrated customers so that they can take the impact of the conversation. Cowardly and honestly weird on their end. It’s been months and i’ve never received any payment or any type of written notice regarding what happened with my case. Save your money and your blood pressure. Shop elsewhere. Immediately.
