  I purchased an auction item that had to be mailed to me. Randy was amazing to work with. He had patience and grace with my transaction and my item was VERY well packed. Will definitely be using this store again if I purchase another item.

  I went in on a Friday evening just before 7 pm and even though there was a line waiting to be helped Ethan did a great job working both cash registers and answering the phone. He demonstrated poise under pressure and excellent customer service. Most importantly to me, my package went out and will be delivered on time! 😃😃 Great service, 10/10 would recommend!!

  Randy Jessup " the owner of this location" is as incompetent as they come. I paid him directly 200$ to create a custom box 38x38x8 and he made it 38x39x9 which resulted in ebay charging me an extra $200 on top of the $200 Randy charged to make a custom box. He refused to do anything about it even tho he made the box the incorrect dimensions. He is BAD BUSINESS. AVOID RANDY LIKE A DISEASE!
