  The service at this Fedex location was absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend. When an important and valuable package was not initially delivered to my apartment, Jessica was completely on it. She willingly provided updates to me every day letting me know if the package had arrived to this FedEx location. I felt as though she advocated for me and provided me with peace that we would find my package. At a busy shipping center like this, her efforts are truly admirable. I am tremendously grateful for people like Jessica and for the welcoming staff in general at this location.

  Came in to return an item via FedEx, I was confused and did not follow protocol and the company sent me a non- QR code label, Oscar went out of his way to explain things to me and smooth over the parts I had messed up while also helping a confused co worker and helping another customer with large packages, and he still delivered top notch customer service, thank you Oscar!!

  Id give 0 stars if I could. Delivery person didnt even come to my door to sign for the package, they went to the wrong building. And the customer service line is a bunch fo AI that won't allow you to speak to a real person. Horrible service and carelessness by the driver

  The FedEx team is always extremely helpful! Mostly, I drop off pre-labeled packages, but did need some assistance with an international shipment in the past. The package got to its destination without incident.
