  This is a solid FedEx Office location. I stopped by to trim a print of mine to fit in the frame I got from the Michaels across the street. Was able to do so quickly and efficiently. Lady working there was nice too and let me use a pencil to mark where to make the cuts. Was able to park right out front. Overall, this FedEx Office is solid and has a good selection of services available accompanied by friendly staff.

  I had a package held at this store and they shipped it back to the seller before I had a chance to claim it. They won’t refund my money. They won’t help me track my package. They refused to help me open a support ticket. They refused to connect me with a supervisor. I will never use FedEx again if I have any say in the matter.

  I called them up to track a shipment, the new joinee an young lady was very rude, was even trying to get a spanish/indian accent on the phone after hearing my name, It was truly annoying and just not acceptable However i must also note that when i was in the office the previous day for the shipment, the senior lady Sharon was very polite and helpful.
