  I went here because I thought I had the wrong size wiper blade. Derek assistance me, which I had the wiper arm in my hand. He came out put my wiper arm on and also put my wiper blade on for me. Derek was sooo awesome and very polite. Kindness was so very much appreciated. Thanks Derek.

  The manager (I'm so sorry, I forgot his name) went above and beyond what he would have had to do and helped me out a great deal. I'm very grateful for his kindness and understanding. He and the staff also seemed to be very helpful and genuine with other customers, while I was there. I will go here from now on when I need even the smallest of items for my vehicles.

  Refusing to sell items that are clearly marked in stock that are on clearance And then explained that they are not allowed to sell clearance items. more than likely trying to keep inventory for his own use Spoke to Derek Russell Please note went to The Lake Street location as well as the location on Central in Columbia Heights and both locations were happy to sell these items to me. As described in other reviews, the customer service here has an attitude and are unwilling to do their job And said it would take hours for him to check inventory
