  My car batteries died not to far from Advance auto parts, about a block so I walked to the shop to buy a new batteries. When I got in the Advance Auto Part Shop suddenly an Employee ask me if I need help of what I’m looking for and I explain to him my situation of my car batteries died, also it was a really hot day of 90 degrees outside around 11:12am. Also there really friendly and make you feel comfortable like your welcome inside, then later on I purchase a batteries and a Set of Diehard Socket, before I leave the employee ask if they can offer me a ride to my car because it’s a hot day, it was really nice of them to offer me a ride because we’re going the same route and it save me time in the heat outside was super hot. I Recommend this place is a great place to help you with item and supplies you need, and really detail about the item you are buying and warranty, I haven’t met a shop friendly and supportive and helpful. This place is very friendly and helpful, Thanks to the Employees that help me on that day, it really show me there still people like Advance Auto Part service still help you many way they can. It means a lot to me.

  The AC was not working in my car. I ended up at Autozone in Roseville and was fortunate enough to meet the GM Derek. Derek went way above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong. He came out to my car and diagnosed the problem and ended up fixing my AC!! Needless to say, I was (and still am) ecstatic about this. Derek saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars going to a mechanic. Derek is a super nice guy who really cares about the customers who come in to Advanced Auto Parts. I felt amazing when I left, like I met a new friend. Thank you so much Derek for treating me so well and caring so much. I am so grateful! Tim Fromm

  I stopped by to pick up freion, I asked for help & Derek the GM was quick to come out and help me with no problems. I got the wrong can and he helped me find the right can and assisted with putting the freon in my car. I appreciated the help!
