  Arrived at 8 AM with a half-loaded trailer and it’s now 7:30 PM — still not unloaded. It took two full shifts and over 13 hours for a half trailer. That’s not ‘busy,’ that’s pure mismanagement and lazy warehouse operation. Management should seriously look at the productivity and accountability in this facility, because this level of inefficiency is embarrassing for a company like FedEx.

  I went here to send some documents overseas, and Ronaldo at the front was such a great person to work with!! He was conversational and very friendly, and made the entire process very easy. Five stars for him!!
