Terrible service. I called about having my package delivered to them, but did not tell me I needed to include a suit number. The tracking says the package was delivered, but they told me they returned it for not having a suit number.

They were very helpful with a difficult and complicated shipping task to multiple cities with delicate packaging of different shapes and sizes that were not easy. We greatly appreciated their patience and communication to complete this for us. They’re a great team considering there constant flow of customers and everyone was helped in a timely manner. Thank you !

The attendant today could not have been more attentive and helpful. She had to print and fax my documents while still waiting on other customers. She even gave me a chair while waiting for the fax confirmation page. Highly recommend, and will be coming to UPS in Rogers, MN for all of my future needs.
DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT PHOTO HERE!!! I cannot stress it enough how much of a rip off it is getting a passport photo here. I went to get my photo taken in a passport style for my College photo. They wanted to charge me $15.00 for a DIGITAL photo (didn’t disclose the amount before hand), taken by an iPhone, in the middle of the store (not a professional camera), and put in a white background digitally.
The person took my photo showed me the picture and I asked them to take it again. Then took another but never showed me and sent me the wrong photo. I did not have good service to view it before paying.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
