  Ordered food for pick up on the app. Said it was gonna be ready with in 15-20 minutes. Went over. Sat around for an extra 40+ minutes. I saw customers come in and ordered their sandwich while I could’ve gotten in line and got my order and food done. Never coming back!! This ridiculous. Don’t order on the app. You’ll never get your food on time! Don’t go in at lunch time. You’ll wait 30-45 minutes just for a sandwich.

  there was one customer inside and i had a mobile order for 4:20, i came 5 minutes early and the worker was irritated that i was early. got home to about 3 toppings thrown on my sandwich.

  One staff member behind the counter doing multiple pick up orders and a line piling up just to look over and see an employee on break watching everyone in the line. I decided to tip 20% for this girl working her tail off just for her to be rude as hell to me. I said I needed 4 meals, she tapped a bunch of buttons and told me my total. She started to walk off and I said, "Oh, um we need cookies." She sighed at me and said, "for next time, you need to say that before you pay or it ruins out inventory." Um... I'm sorry- isn't it your job to ask if the first place? No hello, no smiles, no patience, and definitely no sense of urgency. Won't be back here. Customer service = nonexistent nowadays.
