  Had to come here twice a week to ship off pins I'd sold, same two people working for both days. The guy at the counter on the first day wasn't helpful at all. I saw my package was placed in an already opened and used bag along with the label. I was having trouble figuring out the labels as this was the first time I've ever shipped an item off, and just got dismissed for it. The second day I visited with another item. I had the label ready to be emailed in preparation, only to be told I was using the wrong packaging for labels since they didn't fit. This is false as I've been using 4x7 bubble mailing envelopes, and have received this exact type in the mail with no complications. My item was once again placed in a used bag. I also noticed the label wasn't printed as a label sticker, just a regular paper sheet. I wasn't told about any of this the first time I visited. The same employee was also incredibly rude to me, and was very audibly sighing at my request to print a label. Again, I wasn't told this infomation the first time and believed this process had no issues. When I said "Thank you," I was met with a very sarcastic "Sure." The customer before me in line and the one after wasn't given this treatment. I understand that these jobs can have long lines and rough days, but that's no excuse to treat somebody poorly who doesn't know the label printing process, let alone anyone visiting the store in general. If you can't properly print labels for 4x7 envelopes, then please tell me first hand. I would have appreciated this information on my first visit along with just general clarification and patience.

  Their stores are filthy dirty in Rochester and way too small. There’s not enough locations either. Always a frustrating experience to visit.

  Its always busy busy busy with a line out the door some days but staff is always so helpful, thanks for keeping it all running smooth!
