  I haven’t been able to reach any UPS help desk here in Rochester, Minnesota, despite trying for hours! I really need assistance with one of my packages, but every time I call the general UPS number, I’m connected to an automated system that doesn’t provide an option to speak with a live / human representative. It’s been extremely frustrating and impossible to get the help I need.

  5/5 stars Juan O. hit a home run like Roberto Clemente, out of Carolina, playing for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Auspicious gratitude to Juan for the care and patience shown during my visit. He was respectful with every client, diligent in his work, and created a space where I genuinely felt valued and heard. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness in a busy shipping center — Juan made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this location, and especially appreciate having Juan there to assist. Thank you, Juan!
