This place is rough. I have no idea where they found these staffers, but they’re a viral TikTok waiting to happen, and I don’t mean that in a good way. If you must eat Subway, the one on 7th Street SW has at least been competent on a couple of visits.

0 stars! How dare the man standing at the counter and stare at me while all the employees are in the back chatting away. He made it very obvious he didnt want to do the job so I told him I can go somewhere else if you dint wanna do your job, and he wants to come back at me saying "I was talking to my staff I didnt ask you to run yo mouth" lol excuse me? He'll no. Took my business somewhere else. Sad that I love subway but after seeing the ppl working here makes it hard to ever wanna go to any of them again.

The guy who has been working there for over a decade, probably the owner, is thee best food service worker in Rochester, and I’ve eaten restaurant food 5 times a week for 30 years. He’s the best. Always super friendly and respectful. Always going fast and helping others. Just wanna shout him out for decades of great service
