  The guy who has been working there for over a decade, probably the owner, is thee best food service worker in Rochester, and I’ve eaten restaurant food 5 times a week for 30 years. He’s the best. Always super friendly and respectful. Always going fast and helping others. Just wanna shout him out for decades of great service

  We placed an order on the app. My husband picked it up. Got home and our order was messed. Tried to call numerous times & no one answered, was then sent to voice mail. It didn't say "Subway", it said "Nathan Calier, can't take your call right now". I called another Subway and no one answered that line either. Very disappointed that a business can't answer the phone.
