Terrible service. Just awful. I was finishing up a phone call in the parking lot, and two women went in ahead of me. Not even a few minutes later, I walked in and the guy behind the counter told me he wasn’t taking any more orders because he was going on break and that I needed to wait 15 minutes.
Mind you, the place was completely empty when I was finishing up the call. Those two women were the only customers, and he easily could have taken my order before going on break. It came off as lazy and unprofessional. Definitely a frustrating experience.

Although this subway has good employees. The store has broken Pops machines and icemaker or ice machine I had to an employee . tell me its been like that for a while and that the owner does not care about the store or its employees. The store only employee to run the store the whole day. The employees are stressed to the point that an employees told a customer that could only make one sandwich for the customer and I stood up for the customer. The employee stated that he was closing in two minutes when there was 30 minutes left in his shift. The store has stressed out employees and broken equipment. Managers should care. Who ever owns subway needs to check their stores out and fix the problems.

Tried ordering through the drive thru today at 11:30am and the fella that took my order was nothing but rude.
