  Ordered my food online get to the store at the time the pick up should be about 5 min before and there are people eating in there and he’s sweeping the floors but says the food won’t be ready for another hour or so when I already punched out for break already from my work

  Was supposed to be done at 1 and she just started making them at 1:10. I’ve never had a more unappealing looking squished sandwich in my life from a subway. The whole time she was mumbling and clearly pissed to be working. Was annoyed at the three of us that were in the shop the whole time yelling we are gonna have to wait. I’ll let the picture speak for itself. (I’m also pregnant and neither of the sandwiches were toasted so I couldn’t even eat the cold cut deli meat one and nobody answers their phone.)

  Honestly the worst subway I’ve been to. We went in to get our online order (which wasn’t ready) and then I proceeded to wait at the counter for 10 minutes (after our order was already supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago) while the worker was working with no acknowledgment whatsoever. The worker (bald guy mentioned in another review) then proceeded to ask my fiance if the order was his (he was standing back while I was at the counter) and still ignored me. The place was also looking closed 45 minutes early, and the guy seemed frustrated to even have orders. As we proceeded to go get our drinks, none of the nozzles were on the fountain machine, which the employee then took out of the sanitizer bucket (pictured) and put them directly onto the machine without a rinse and put them on incorrectly so the pop sprayed everywhere.
