  I want to thank Karen for the courteous, prompt, and professional help she provided in photocopying and then faxing some time-sensitive legal documents. Without that support I would have been very frustrated and might not have managed to fax them in the time I did. I highly recommend this office, and Karen who works there.

  We came in right when it opened. We’ve always had a positive experience here, except for this time. We worked with an employee named Karen, whose name tag said she has been employed with them since 2016, who was incredibly rude. She asked if we had an account number, after asking for clarification she rudely stated, what do you think this is UPS? She also made the same comment to an older lady in front of us. She treated us like we were stupid. It’s unfortunate that an establishment like FedEx allows their employees to treat their customers like this. And keeps them for 10 years. Due to Karen’s comments, we will be choosing UPS next time.
