  Me and my wife went there today for lunch . She ordered the 6 foot long steak I ordered the protein pack. The lady behind the counter was by her self it was around 11:56 a.m. this morning. So there was a guy sitting way in the back at a table next to the soda pop machine. He comes to the counter I don't even know if he washed his hands he said his name was Ruben and started making my protein pack without even asking me what I wanted in it . He was very aggressive I telling him I will pay for my extra topping he telling me I can't do that in like dude why in paying for it he line I gotta get what it says in line no man I get it the way I want until finally a customer in front of me line dude you keep repeating the same thing she said she is going to pay for it all it was was red onions. The protein pack was 3.99 he charged me 9.00 for red onions.

  I made my order online, then came to the store 30 minutes later to pick it up. Turns out it got stolen and was not at the counter after speaking with the manager. I was told that there was nothing they can do about it and now I am -$18. do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. Thank you

  I haven't eaten at a Subway since I retired back in 2020. Used to go to the one in the Baker Center. The experience at this Robbinsdale location was great. Incredibly friendly service, very patient with customers who have intillectual and physical challenges. I was impressed by that. I ordered what I always used to -- a tuna sub on nine-grain wheat, with extra tomatoes, pickles and nothing else. The tomatoes were really good. Super fresh. Unfortunately, I forgot that I used to include fresh spinach too. But I be back there very soon and this time I'll remember the spinach. Again, the service was incredible.

  **Manager Will ended up rectifying the situation, good guy!** Came in about 15 minutes before closing to get the meal deal. The guy preparing my sandwich told me he’d make it, but said he was going to do it slowly so that midnight would hit and I’d have to pay full price. I thought he was joking since we were cool, but he intentionally took his time. Sure enough, midnight hit, and he told me he was charging me $15 instead of $10, saying, “I warned you.” Then he asked me if I was angry. 😂 Nice customer service there bud. Edit: Spoke to the Manager Will, and he made it right with me. Good location, just a rude cashier. Appreciate it.

  Rude, dirty with flies and gnats everywhere. Reusing dirty pans. Touching face and hair with same gloves. Don’t understand what I’m saying. Just a tuna sandwich on wheat. What location is decent?
