  5 stars AF because unlike other stores, the food was ready on time for the mobile pickup order, they were quick to give me the bag of food, and everything inside was hot and accurate to what i ordered. thank you for a nice lunch, instead of a stressful lunch!

  This location sucks. I ordered wings and waited 3 hours for it just for them to cancel my order and said it was busy. Never gotten my refund. Never ordering from this location again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today was honestly a perfect experience! I really love when tJ is working, and the other guys working with him today were great too. The food was fresh, everything was made correctly, and the whole place had such a good vibe. tJ did a really good job keeping the customers happy, talking with everyone, and making sure things were running smoothly. You could tell the whole team was working well together, and it made such a difference. I actually deleted my previous post because today’s experience completely changed my mind. This was definitely a 5-star experience, and I really appreciate the great service today! 🙌❤️

  Spent almost $75 here today, and honestly, this was a huge disappointment. The food was unbelievably dry. Where was the sauce?! That's one of the best parts and a big reason we ordered it in the first place. I even left a tip even though there wasn't a tip jar, because I wanted to show appreciation. But when you're spending almost $75 on food that's supposed to come with sauce, you shouldn't get home and feel like they're rationing it. 😂 Like, are we on a sauce budget or what? I've also noticed something: there's one guy who works there a lot, and whenever he's there, the food is top tier. He clearly knows what he's doing and actually cares about the quality. But when he's not there, it's like a completely different restaurant. The food can be complete trash, and it feels like nobody cares what they're sending out. Next time I'm going to find out that guy's name because he deserves the credit. Whatever he's doing when he's working, the rest of the staff needs to take notes. Almost $75 for dry food with barely any sauce is just not okay. Huge letdown.

  "The buns are burnt and the service is terrible. the chick at the front desk with the colored hair is so rude. The whole place gives off a very unfriendly vibe. I seen them yelling at one of their employees before they noticed that I was at the front desk. very unprofessional place. The young latino manager seemed very short with his new employees. Terrible management food just seemed regular. Your better off going to buffalo wild wings.
