  Leaving the review while still in the parking lot. The store manager Jean was attentive and quick to assist me in a custom printing project. She asked the right questions and provided all the information I needed to make an educated on the spot decision for my prints. I even made a mistake with one image being a different size from the rest and she brought it to my attention before printing! She was able to fill my print order on the spot. I was beyond impressed by her customer service.

  Recently, I visited FedEx Office at Richfield and had an excellent experience there. The facility is well-located, the employees are courteous, and the process itself is efficient and systematic. My requirements for assistance in printing and shipping were met efficiently by the team here. In addition to the printing and packaging services.

  I found out that shipping with FedEx is astronomically high priced.

  $20 for a laptop box is absurd. I’ll go to the unionized folks at UPS or USPS next time, thank you very much!
