  Went to get a vac hose. I had a example in my hand. When i got to counter i hear this lady behind the counter say a curse word to a customer, (ok ill ignore that). Then i show this guy behind counter the vac hose. He goes in back, ( i hear some whispering) i think he was talking to that same lady behind counter i heard cursing minutes ago. He comes back. Shows me a hose i can tell Is to large. He goes it jus looks bigger because its bent. I get home, and guess what? It was to big as i though and will come off the vac advance when i least expect it. My GF nose nothing about cars and can see it was wrong size.

  Tom at the checkout counter was outstanding! I had two e gift cards and the store has a perpetual problem with not being able to accept these. He worked my purchase through the online portal and got me out the door with much patience and great customer service. I hope your store manager sees this and knows you follow through for the customer. Thanks Tom!

  Called and spoke with an employee named Nicole to verify if they had a product physically in the store. Was countered with an extremely rude attitude when asked to put hands on the product. It was not available in store as shown on website and after I asked to have it ordered in I was met with increased anger. The call ultimately ended up with me being aggressively hung up on by Nicole. I will never use advance auto parts again. Word of advice to Nicole. If you hate your life you should chose a career path other than customer service.
