  A couple months ago we experienced a electrical problem on a late Thursday afternoon with our 2008 Honda Odyssey on our way to Frontenac State Park. We stopped into the Advance Auto Parts in Red Wing to get he alternator tested. We met the store manager Joe who was extremely friendly and helpful in testing our alternator which had just died. Luckily they had the alternator part to fit our van and Joe and his entire staff worked tirelessly that afternoon to find a shop to put in the alternator. After calling just about every auto shop in town, he was able to secure an appointment for Friday morning with a shop to install the alternator. This team went above and way beyond expectations and the night manager Cody even took us and our luggage to the St. James Hotel while making sure our van was secure in their parking lot until the next morning. I can't recommend this place enough as the entire staff couldn't have been more accommodating to us during this unexpected issue with our van which was fixed the next morning. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality and extreme efforts in getting us back on the road.

  Came here from out of town with a bad battery. They replaced it in 20 minutes and got us back on the road. Minnesota Nice people 😎

  On a trip out to Minnesota car battery died. We stopped in this auto parts store and Joe took very good care of us. He even installed the battery which took a bit given the corrosion that had accumulated. While he was helping me hit the truck Keith inside kept my wife entertained with stories. These two really helped a bad day get better.
