  On a trip out to Minnesota car battery died. We stopped in this auto parts store and Joe took very good care of us. He even installed the battery which took a bit given the corrosion that had accumulated. While he was helping me hit the truck Keith inside kept my wife entertained with stories. These two really helped a bad day get better.

  Joe was so helpful and patient in finding me an oil filter for my old tractor! Was not an easy part to find. Got it installed and fits perfectly! No leaks! Also got me an air filter for it. By the time we got everything I needed it was closing time and Joe didn’t rush me out, he asked if I needed anything else! Great service! I will be making Advance Auto Parts my first stop next time instead of my second! Thanks Joe!

  I stopped in to get some new lights for my sprinter van, and Joe helped me out. He went out of his way to help make sure that I had the correct lights and that they actually fit in the vehicle. he made time for me as a customer and never rushed me or made me feel stupid. I cannot recommend him enough! I will not be going anywhere else in Red Wing!

  Our check engine light came on. This was the third place we took it to to get another opinion because it came on a few times. The other places gave us a generic answer and didn't really help, or what they said to do didn't fix it. It. My wife and I took it here. They ran the diagnostic test, shared their thoughts. Then we spoke with the manager and he took the time to come back out to our car and take a look for any other warning signs of other problems it could potentially be. He shared his thoughts and we took his advice and it ended up solving the problem and saving us hundreds of dollars from what the other places told us. It's nice to see there's people in the world that actually care about other people and the customers and not just trying to make an extra Buck. I definitely appreciate the extra time that they took that they did not have to and the extra care they showed that they didn't have to and most other places didn't, they just brushed us off at the other auto parts shops. The only thing I'm sad about is that we were just in town for a few days, had we lived nearby. This is definitely the place we would be coming back to every time we needed parts for our car.

  Damn this store is great!!! If I could give 5k stars I would! The guys that work there are the best! JOE is AWESOME!!!!! Very helpful and know their stuff! Yo girl learned a new thing about her car today! 😅
