  My family of six came in to order six sandwiches. The worker had headphones in and a bonnet on and informed us that we were not allowed to order six per their policy??? I’m so confused. We are paying for six why could we not order six?? Like is that not food service. He said we weren’t allowed to order six per family because it takes three hours for the bread to cook. I’m sorry but that makes zero sense. What in the world kind of service is that? I love love love Subway and I’ve ordered it for more than six people many times without ever hearing of this policy. I guess I’m just confused and annoyed. We ended up ordering six anyway but I still feel like the manager of this subway should know what their employee is telling people because you may be losing out on business. If I didn’t push I wouldn’t be able to order six.

  Stopped in here twice in two weeks. The first time went good minus the ice machine dispensing mold. I notified an employee and they did nothing about the issue. I stopped in a week later and the same thing happened this is a real issue that could get someone sick I will not be stopping here anymore.

  I used the app to order 2 sandwiches for pick up. Got there picked them up and went to work for lunch. Opened them and they were not my subs. They put someone else’s in my bag and I’m sure vise versa. The receipt had my name and the correct order but the sandwiches were wrong. It was a mix up it happens no big deal. The reason they get one star is because you cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the store. Sent in a thing on the subway app but haven’t heard anything now for two days. I would like my money back. It would be nice to get a response back.
