  We have the option to do a self check/mail out thing. That's the only reason I give this a 4. Other than that your prices are extremely high. I had to pay $2 for a strip of tape. Not the tape roll, not a large amount of tape, just one little strip to go across the top of the box.

  Not sure why this location only has 2.7-star reviews, but I always have a great experience here. My Amazon returns and other shipments are always quick and easy, and the staff is friendly and efficient.

  When I went in today there was a handful of customers but not super busy. It felt more chaotic than need be because they weren’t really communicating with the customers. There was one younger employee. Maybe he was new but while people were waiting he was just standing there not doing anything. Giving it a 3 because this was my first time and didn’t want to go lower based on one experience. What it seems is that they all could use a training on customer interactions.

  It would be nice if they opened on time, parking lot is routinely full in the AM of people waiting to drop off packages, yet the doors are still locked long after the posted hours(30 minutes or more in some cases). Lost revenue and irritated customers, great formula for a profitable business endeavor!
