    Had a wonderfully smooth (and fun!) experience here yesterday when I stopped by for a notarization appointment. All three gentlemen working here were extremely helpful, funny, and patient. The notary public who helped me photocopy and notarize my diploma was super thorough and double checked that every element was included. They didn’t even charge me for the colored photocopies! The staff here seem genuinely interested in talking to the customers and making them feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be back again soon!!

    I usually leave positive reviews and try to be understanding, especially when places are busy. I’m sharing this experience simply to give context for what happened and why it was disappointing. On Sunday 2/22/26 around 2:35 PM, I visited The UPS Store on 3500 Vicksburg Lane N, Plymouth, MN to drop off two Amazon return packages. I was behind another customer who had just finished. On the Amazon return table, there was an unattended cup of coffee with a small amount of liquid left in it. Since the previous customer had just left and I needed space to set down my boxes, I reasonably assumed the cup belonged to her and threw it away in the nearby trash can. An employee/manager named Kenny, who was behind the counter about 10–15 feet away, immediately confronted me and accused me of throwing away his coffee, stating that I was rude for touching something that wasn’t mine. I apologized right away and explained my assumption. Unfortunately, instead of de-escalating the situation, he continued to lecture me in a dismissive and confrontational tone. From a customer’s perspective, the cup was unattended, unlabeled, and left in a shared customer workspace, making the misunderstanding understandable. Additionally, leaving liquids near customer work areas and equipment can pose safety and fire-hazard concerns in many retail environments, which further contributed to my assumption that the cup was not meant to be there. This entire exchange occurred while another customer and a child were waiting at the counter, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. What should have been a minor misunderstanding escalated unnecessarily. I’m not posting this to complain, but to provide honest feedback. A calm, professional response—and better attention to basic safety practices—would have made a significant difference. I read other negative review about the “Saturday” I am assuming it’s the same weekend employee. If so, then the store might need to eval the pattern especially if he is truly a manager.
