  The staff could not have been more rude or unfriendly. They were not helpful at all. We needed a label printed for one of two boxes. They wanted us to buy $5 packing tape for a 2’ piece. Pay $2.79 to print a single label, and then because the email wasn’t coming fast enough on their end pay for WiFi to hurry it up. And none of this was asked nicely. We finally just took our box and left. We’ve never experienced this level of poor customer service at a UPS before. We will not return to this location again.

  The employees at this store are so wonderful and accommodating! Out of all the UPS stores I’ve been to - this one takes the cake!

  I’ve had such great experiences here. The staff is always so friendly and genuinely helpful, and they go above and beyond every time. You can tell they really care about providing the best professional service. Definitely my go-to UPS store!

  Lance and the UPS team were exceptionally kind and friendly while help us with our shipping needs. We even purchased some local art offered. Great connective experience!
