Very unpleasant experience. Will not go to this FedEx location again. Calling yourself a store manager with 10+ years of experience and then being rude and unfriendly to your customer is not acceptable. Must be hard to find good people when this person is the manager.

Simple place in a good location with friendly service and lots of options for office and shipping supplies. The pickup box inside says it picks up drop offs at 7:30pm and has a list of days when it's not picked up or the time is different.
