Subway did not disappoint. The staff were helpful and pointed me right to what I wanted. Found everything I needed and the shelves were well-organized. Would happily return and tell friends about it.
I ordered my food on the app and was given a time that my food would be ready. I timed out my Walmart visit to be finished up around the time that my food would be ready.
I checked out at Walmart and went to Subway, expecting my food to be ready. It was not.
I proceeded to wait for nearly 30 minutes for the only employee to make my food, all while I had frozen foods in my bag from Walmart.
Finally after waiting for 30 minutes, my food was ready and I left.
Upon getting home (3 minute drive) I find that the 2 subs I had ordered with meatballs were cold to the touch. Not even the meatballs were warmed up.
Now I usually don't mind waiting a few extra minutes, but 30 is absolutely crazy. And on top of that wait, I got home and my freshly made food was cold. Very disappointing, especially for the price.
Be aware that the estimated time for your order to be ready is not accurate, especially when it's not accounting for the staff's glacial pace
I'm not sure if this is an issue with the app, the staff on at the time or both. Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied with my meal and experience.

They screwd up the order multiple times forget our sandwich never told us they were out of stuff they needed to make half the sandwiches we ordered and after we drive back to pine city again they screwed up and made the wrong sandwich again and all we get is oops sorry nothing compt nothing fixed nothing discounted this is just awful

Loved the service that was provided. The girl who served me, her name was Maya, made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted and super super nice!
