  Lady working had a bad smell, I don't trust it anymore. It isn't bad food, I just don't feel comfortable with it. I would rather go to the Walmart location, it's more convenient anyway.

  At the pine city , mn locations . I ordered on line . My sandwich was supposed to be toasted and toasted with onions on it (raw onion are spicy to me ) I arrived before they were even done preparing it. My toasted sandwich was completely cold . I opened it the meat was cold. Cheese not melted . Onions raw . I nicely asked for a new sandwich made , expressed why and showed my recite to show it was to be toasted and onions toasted . A worker named Amber came out from the back , very rudely said she made the sandwich, she toasted it and will not make a new one . Said she would toast the one I had. I declined ,as I did not want other vegetables , mayo and sauces warm , expressed this . I showed her that the cheese wasn't even melted on my toasted sandwich, she replied with "she doesn't have a frying pan , what do I expect" Amber continued to yell and be extremely rude ,said if I had a problem with it to come back tomorrow talk to Angie her manger . This is not even close to my first time at this location, getting wrong orders, extremely rude service and refusal to get correct food when this happens . :(

  Every time I go in to the store I am greeted with a smile, the manager goes out of her way to memorize my sandwich build from beginning to end. It makes me feel special!

  The staff here are awesome! You can tell that they have a great manager! The store is always clean and the veggies are fresh!
