  The woman that waited on us had both my husband and me repeat our orders twice then minutes later I had to repeat them again when paying. I also pointed out to her that she didn’t put avocado on my chicken and avocado sandwich to which she replied “you have to tell me” I said it is what I ordered “chicken & avocado” and she said “you have to remind me” like I did something wrong instead of her. never once taking responsibility or admitting she did it wrong. Very nasty attitude.

  The lettuce was old, there was flys in the veggies, and there was so much cross contamination. It was sickening to look at.

  Watched flies land our 4 6” subs being made at least 15 times while they were being made, along with landing and playing around in all the toppings. Zero effort by upper management to manage the fly which ends up being maggot issues in this subway.
