I Did an online order for 3 subs and 3 drinks. Showed up to store and employee had sign on door saying bathroom break- 20 minutes. We waited half an hour and called the store and someone answered and all I heard was heavy breathing and the phone hung up so we called the police to do a welfare check.
Employee ended up coming out so we called the cops back and told them not to come. We went inside to get our order, and the employee said he didn't have it even tho the app said it was ready. Our card was charged, receipt on the app, and got an order confirmation email. Employee edmand said he don't have our order. I said I want my money or our food and he said he was going to put hands on me.
He then called the cops. Very unprofessional. I had multiple receipts and order confirmation. He claims he was the only one there however then a female worker came out of the restrooms. Odd. Store address is 6952 33rd St N, Oakdale, MN 55128. My 10 year old sister was also with. Absolutely unacceptable
⭐⭐⭐ Needs improvement
During a Saturday lunch rush on 5/16/26, this Subway in Oakdale had only a single employee working the entire restaurant, which honestly felt unbelievable for that time of day. Despite the situation, he handled the pressure extremely well. The line was long and the wait times were definitely noticeable, but throughout it all he remained polite, focused, calm, and continued working hard nonstop trying to keep orders moving. The experience would have easily fallen apart without the effort he was putting in, and he genuinely deserves recognition — and probably a raise — for how he handled that shift.
The food itself met expectations overall and was prepared adequately, while pricing felt fairly standard for a quick sandwich stop. The biggest weakness was the atmosphere, as the restaurant felt overwhelmed and understaffed during the entire visit. Still, the employee working that lunch rush did everything he could to keep the experience together despite being put in a very difficult position.
Would we return? Maybe

I was there Friday may 15th 2026. Ordered my food. Sat down at a high top. I went to slide closer to the table. Then the legs of the high chair fell out from under me. The chair broke in half and I hit the floor hard. I spoke to the manager over the phone who said their insurance would give me a call. It has been over 24 hours since the accident and no word from them. I am trying to get ahold of the manager now but having no luck.("there is no way to talk to him until Monday") After the fall I saw multiple other high top chairs with broken welds.
The food is good I hate Surveys.

Literally placed a order online for pickup they wait till I get there to tell me they're out of the bread for my order they offer to refund me I ask if my refund will come back to my card immediately he said yes come to find out I have to wait a whole week that was all the money I had for lunch today and they just screwed me over never coming back
