  Stopped in to send a fax. Sounds simple but not so much if it's your first time. Jennifer was very helpful and walked me through all the steps to scan, send, pay, receive confirmation, and get the receipt. She was a consummate professional, very clear, and patient while also helping staff and other customers. I like this convenient location! Thanks for making it easy.

  Yeah a couple days ago I went to this store to copy off both sides of my ID and fax it and fax some other form and they're trying to tell me that it was $9 to send a fax and when I decided just to copy off my ID and and send the fax elsewhere they told me that I still needed to send the fax their how dare they order a customer on what services they need to do I've never been treated like that so rudely before in my entire life so I left the store without doing

  Drove 45 minutes to this location because our contents we needed mailed didn't arrive to the location and somehow got separated from the packaging from our local post office the first time. The man who helped us went above and beyond for us and made sure our package was secure and packed well so we didn't have another issue like the last one. Excellent service and the drive was well worth it!
