  I would not eat here. The 1 star is more accurate than a no star, but I'm still very disappointed. Everytime I go into this Subway there is a very rude old woman working. She is constantly rolling her eyes, not listening, and messing up our sandwiches. I've worked for Subway before, so Ik how stressful it can get, but she acts this way even when it's slow. It wrecks the whole experience and makes me want to drive further away just to get Subway. It seems to be a pattern with the employees.

  It was lunch time and the line was long. This sandwich artist, tall white male was friendly and energetic. Kudo for the employee.

  I had a pretty disappointing experience at Subway today, mainly because of the employee named Luke. From the start, he seemed uninterested and annoyed, barely acknowledging me when I walked up. When I tried to place my order, he rushed me and got parts of it wrong, even after I repeated myself. On top of that, his attitude made the whole situation worse. No friendliness, no effort to fix mistakes, just acting like helping customers was a burden. The sandwich itself was sloppily made and didn’t match what I asked for. I don’t expect perfection, but basic customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet that standard at all.

  Keaton is great 👍🏻 subway is subway but it’s the people at each location that can make or break it. I’ll definitely recommend
