    Used to like this place but then they started to give a hard time about taping up packages. I thought it was a UPS policy but went to another location and they had absolutely no issue taping up my packages for me as usual.

    The young couple who are now operating the store are doing an absolutely fantastic job. Absolutely top shelf friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend 1000%.

    Two return packages have "disappeared" after being brought to this location. I won't be using it again. Edit: and I made the mistake of not getting a tracking number, so there's no way to file a claim :/

    I have shipped a lot of packages with them. They're always helpful, always friendly, never impatient, and prompt too. I feel like my packages are going to arrive when I work with them, and that's huge.
