  Basic went in and out, usually people are cordial. You usually have a 65% chance your food will be made right. Is the protein bowl supposed to be chopped or ready to just throw on a sandwich, genuine question.

  At north branch, employee had no idea how to wrap the sandwich left both ends open so of course when I took it out of bag there it went right out of the wrapping luckily it fell on the counter and not floor. At same time while paying for order employee came out of back with a mouthful of food and mayonnaise on his mouth, disgusting. Been there multiple times with no issues but this was bad. Called and talked to the shift lead all he said was “ if you have any other problems leave a review” so I am.

  At 3pm today (after lunch/before dinner) I went into the NB Subway location with an individual with some disabilities. This was pretty evident both in the individuals speech and visible use of a walker. **ELISE** the employee putting veggies on their sandwich is in desperate need of sensitivity training, patience, and manners. As the individual was trying to process her rapid fire approach to service and respond to her she kept repeatedly chatting "keep going... keep going" each time the person tried to answer/talk. ABSOLUTELY RUDEST SERVICE I HAVE WITNESSED IN A VERY LONG TIME. I am tremendously disappointed in this small town location. Shame on you.
