  At north branch, employee had no idea how to wrap the sandwich left both ends open so of course when I took it out of bag there it went right out of the wrapping luckily it fell on the counter and not floor. At same time while paying for order employee came out of back with a mouthful of food and mayonnaise on his mouth, disgusting. Been there multiple times with no issues but this was bad. Called and talked to the shift lead all he said was “ if you have any other problems leave a review” so I am.

  Today I bought two footlongs. They were both dry no sauce,to me the teriyaki chicken tastes terrible without the teriyaki sauce. These sandwiches are expensive and when I called to see how they could make it right I got no answer so I'm making a review.

  I think his name was Curtis was fantastic, great energy, friendly, quick did an all around great job!
