Kricket was awesome! Super welcoming from the minute my fiancé and I walked in tonight to switch my cell service and upgrade my iPhone. She was very knowledgeable and honest/up front about pricing so there were no surprises. I’ve never had that great of an experience with any other phone company. Definitely made me feel like I made the right choice switching to Cricket.

No phones in stock. Prices are high and service is spotty. Charge you for an upgrade even if it's not a newer phone compared to the one you have. I have nothing good to say about cricket wireless
