  Having been servsafe certified in food management I struggle when I go into any Subway, which is a rarity in and of itself, But especially this location as I have watched the "sandwich artist" who clearly have not been trained properly in on the basics of handling a drink cup, as in DO NOT PUT YOUR FINGERS INSIDE OF IT OR ON THE RIM!!! Today was an especially difficult visit as when I arrived there was an elderly lady waiting to be waited on with ONE "sandwich artist" wiping down tables. We both stood there waiting for someone ANYONE to make our sandwiches. To my surprise the sandwich artist who was wiping tables finished then proceeded to come make our sandwiches, then out of the back, TWO more "sandwich artists" appear as if by magic! One stands at the register the waits for what I have no idea as the table wiper continues all the way down the line! As im waiting my turn the table wiper takes my order. I overheard the cashier say to the elderly lady "sorry we have no bags" NO BAGS?!? this place is constantly out of something! Pickles! Black Olives! Now BAGS?!? The lady clearly has some health issues and needed that bag to carry her supper, you heartless fools! So I take it upon myself to go to my car and grab a plastic bag while the table wiper is slowly but surely putting meat in a bun. I hand it to the cashier and say "you can't use this to put her sandwich in it" her response "okay" no "thank you"?! God, look what are you children being taught! Now its mt turn for "veggies" i ask for the same thing every time lettuce, EXTRA tomatoes, EXTRA pickles, EXTRA black olives, salt, pepper and oil and as usual I have to ask for tomatoes that are ripe and not the butts. The wiper proceeds to put four, thats right FOUR tomatoes on, so I asked for some more tomatoes and she adds ONE more! 😂 either they didnt have anymore prepped, she is the owner and a cheapskate or theyre lazy, you up your own opinion! you can't make this up! And the atmosphere...... two young adults (cashier and unaware) and and a full blown adult (table wiper) 🙄 a morgue has more positive atmosphere! This whole rant btw is all because of how they treated the elderly lady, terribly! I truly hope a Jersey Mikes opens up here soon. That way we can all get a GREAT SUB with even BETTER SERVICE!!

  My first time using the app and they messed up my sandwich. I added special instructions such as salt and pepper, mayo and oil as well as chipotle sauce and I got NOTHING when I brought the sub back in they had to give me little salt and pepper packets along with mayo and chipoly sauce in a small container with a plastic cover. Now I understand they can't fix the original sandwich, well then start over and make a fresh one.
