I stopped in expecting a quick, normal order, and somehow left feeling like I had personally inconvenienced someone just by walking through the door. From the second I got there, the attitude was already noticed like brother I just walked in you got a lot of attitude for a 5’4 man ( lowkey being nice giving him a little extra height, he had a braid in his hair. I understand everyone has off days, especially in customer service, but there’s a difference between being tired and making it obvious that a customer is unwelcome. My order wasn’t complicated at all, yet the entire interaction felt tense for no real reason.
What really confused me, though, was the lack of basic communication. I was asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted after the meat had already been put on the bread and essentially prepped like it was going into the toaster anyway. At that point, it felt less like a genuine question and more like going through motions without actually paying attention. The attitude stayed consistent the entire time, like my bad you’re a 30 year old man still working in retail but that’s not my fault, but the sub was bomb tbh.

There at 4mins till 9pm wed. 4.8.26 lady said she was closing early and pretty much didn't make my 1 sub. Website said they closed at 10pm..Not Happy.

It’s not fresh, it’s fresh because they make it in front you! Everything comes in frozen! Except the tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumbers! So no thank you on that $7.99 footlongs yall can keep that garbage!

Ordered through drive-thru at about 2:00pm on a Tuesday afternoon. They were not busy. Person taking my order had me repeat myself 4 times. I get to the window and my order is wrong. I asked for little mustard on my salad and lots of Mayo on my sandwich. Tons of mustard on the salad and no Mayo on the sandwich. Never asked for peppers on the salad but got it. I understand if they are busy, but they weren’t. I had to ask for Turkey several times after they kept repeating my order and saying chicken to me. Once I got to the check-out window. I had to repeat it all over again because the employees can’t communicate with each other, apparently?!?! Very disappointed. I wish they had texting capability. That way it is written down and not verbal.

This has repeatedly been the worst subway I have ever been too. The employee that stands about 4'8 is the absolute worst every time. They dont know how to make sandwiches properly and they are always out of anything that takes effort to make!!!
