  Amazing staff! Very helpful with setting up my new phone. Made sure I had everyone i needed, and went above and beyond! She even cleaned my watch and paired it to my new phone for me and helped me navigate the new device.

  1st off the staff there needs to learn how to act n no one at this store seems to know what they are doing half the time. The girl she seems to busy listening to music while working n not care what people say n the guy he is very pushy n gets rude if u dont buy a case. Neither of them should be working there. Also been there countless of times last week around 1pm n the door is locked. Cricket do better I Will never go back to that store nor will any my co workers i be taking my service to the next cricket store or to another company

  I had an awful experience trying to switch me, my wife and 2 daughters over to cricket at the st. Cloud store. My wife and I were without service for 3 days while my daughters had service. After getting nothing but disconnects and rude people unable to help on the phone. I decided to stop in at the monticello store to see if a different perspective from an in person experience would help. In popped Joe the manager and only employee at the monticello store. He was dedicated and determined to make our phones work. Exhausting every option and leaving no stone unturned. It took 2 trips to the store and about 4 hours but we finally got it working today. Joe is a pleasure to deal with, dedicated to his craft, and a positive representative for your store. I don't know what he gets paid but it can't be enough. Thanks again Joe for your hard work and bulldog attitude.
